Be it artistic, scientific, or philosophical, a new idea can forever change a single life or the entire world. Some ideas are the basis of good business; others are just good ideas that serve to enlighten and enrich our lives. I am inspired by new ideas, the people who have them, and the people who turn them into new realities.

I have been fortunate to have turned a few ideas into entrepreneurial ventures, and am always imagining new creative possibilities. Currently, I am focused on the fusion of information technology and media.

Formed and led a team of web designers and engineers to Karachi to help the Pakistani government develop a web-based system for promoting Pakistani exports to the world.

Movielink, the first significant online video-on-demand service, was spun out of Sony Pictures Digital as a joint venture of MGM, Paramount, Sony, Universal, and Warner Bros.

Developed systems for what would become Movielink – a continuation of the work done as a Viant consultant.

Developed software systems for several Sony Pictures Digital properties, including what would become Movielink.

Developed a data staging system allowing store managers to edit, preview, and publish product information (still in use today!).
